: My problem is that when I prepaid on your sight I was assured that there would be no other charges yet when my family arrived they were told they needed to pay an additional fee of 17 dollars to secure the room. I know that it's only seventeen dollars but I did really feel like there was no choice pay it or no room. They were taken advantage of because we had no alternative.

: Terrible. Got two coffee pots didnt work.went bought one at walmart.room not clean.smelled old.very short toilets.non smoking but burns all over carpet.not good internet. No tv guide. Need to update everything

: The light switches didn’t work correctly. The coffee maker was broken. The towels were threadbare. The sheets had wholes in them. The mattress was old and stained.They turned off the a/c when we were out, did not make the beds. Luckily they did take out the trash. For what I paid, I am angry.
